Irving, TX (December 4, 2017) – Healthcare Associates of Texas (“HCAT”), a portfolio company of Webster Capital and full-service primary care practice operating in the Dallas – Fort-Worth metroplex, announced today that it has acquired Mihills Webb Medical.
