Salt Lake City, Utah (April 3rd, 2019) – Bristol Hospice, a portfolio Company of Webster Equity Partners, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Comfort Hospice and Palliative Care (“Comfort Hospice” or the “Company”), one of the leading hospice providers in Oregon that services an average daily census of 130+ hospice patients.

This transaction represents the fourth acquisition by the Bristol Hospice platform which includes Optimal Hospice Care, Suncrest Hospice of Colorado and Brighton Hospice of Utah. Bristol Hospice is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah and will provide services from 25 locations across eight states. Webster invested in Bristol Hospice in November 2017 with the goal of providing the highest quality care hospice and palliative care services to meet the physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of individuals at the end of life.
