Andrew Carfang

Managing Director

Andrew joined Webster as a Senior Associate in 2018 and became a Managing Director in 2023. Andrew was previously an investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients in the consumer & retail sectors on M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and dividend and repurchase policies. Prior to this, Andrew served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Andrew was educated at the United States Military Academy and Harvard Business School.
