Harry Brown
General Counsel
Harry joined Webster in 2025 and currently serves as General Counsel, focusing on legal and compliance matters. He also partners with Webster’s portfolio companies to manage governance initiatives, enhance compliance programs, and support transactional and operational strategy. Prior to Webster, Harry was a senior associate at Goodwin Procter LLP advising on M&A, healthcare, industrial, and cross-border transactions.
Harry holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the Boston University Law Review, and both an M.A. and B.A. from New York University.
