Marianne Voss

Managing Director & Chief Responsible Investment Officer

Marianne joined Webster in 2021. She serves as Managing Director and Chief Responsible Investment Officer, leading the firm’s responsible investment strategy and driving integration of material sustainability and governance factors across investment due diligence and portfolio governance. She also serves on the Investment Committee.

Marianne brings over two decades of experience in governance and sustainability across corporate, legal, and nonprofit leadership. She previously founded Ethos Matters and held senior sustainability roles at adidas, Reebok, and Oxfam America. She has also taught corporate responsibility at Bentley College and the University of Rhode Island.

Marianne was educated at Stonehill College, Boston University School of Law, and The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
