Jeff formally joined Webster as a Partner in October 2023. Jeff has been involved with Webster portfolio companies since 2020 when he became Vice Chairman of OneGI, and as a Board Member of Tri Valley Medical Group in 2023. Jeff is actively involved in several Webster portfolio companies and brings with him a 25+ year career in the healthcare services industry with extensive operating experience, including physician practice management, multi-state, multi-site, ancillary services, hospital joint ventures, value-based care, and MSO functions.

Jeff was the CEO & Co-Founder of Integrated Oncology Network, a national oncology physician practice management company. Jeff was the CEO & Founder of OnCURE Medical Corp., one of the largest providers of outpatient radiation oncology care in the United States. Jeff was a Co-Founder and active partner of Affiliated PET Systems, which provided PET-CT services to oncologists and hospitals. Jeff was the CEO & Founder of U.S. Diagnostic, a radiology physician practice management company and leading consolidator of diagnostic imaging centers. Jeff was the CEO of Satellite Healthcare, a non-profit kidney health and dialysis company.

Jeff began his career as a Certified Public Accountant. Jeff was educated at the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford.
