Patrick joined Webster in 2022 as Managing Director after a 25+ year career as a seasoned healthcare investor and senior operating executive focused on payor and provider healthcare services and healthcare IT.

Prior to joining Webster, Patrick led and scaled the Corporate Development and Strategic Investment group at Independence Blue Cross as Senior Vice President. Past investment roles also include advisor to Bain Capital Ventures and leadership roles within CIGNA Healthcare’s Strategic Investment group. Patrick has served on numerous boards, helping his companies scale and generate shareholder value.

Patrick also has extensive operating experience including senior executive roles within portfolio companies, Payors, and Providers. These nationally recognized companies include UnitedHealth Group, ConnectiCare (acquired by Emblem Health), Inova Health System, and Renown. Patrick has extensive experience creating value between payor and provider as well as supporting tech-enabled services. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte.

Patrick earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
